Hello, my name is Jo Baner. I grew up in Western Washington where I taught myself to quilt. After 20 years of quilting in all styles, I started my longarm business because I love to machine quilt! Now I live and do my quilting and artwork in Ferndale, Washington. I have been drawn to and involved in the visual arts and needle work since my childhood. I use my love of photography, thread, and fabric to create works of art on both paper and cloth. I hope my work inspires you and brings you much joy. I also enjoy traditional quilting as well and appreciate that I can do so much quilting on quilts pieced by others! Win-win!
I have won numerous awards for my work at local and international shows. I also love to teach and you can find a listing of my classes on this site. Please check the class page as I am adding new classes every few months. I also love producing "how to" videos as well.
Please contact me to purchase any of my work that is for sale, or commission me to make something special for you, or for me to quilt your own quilt top.
